Dickson Omungu is the Human Resources (HR) Manager for Chevron Oronite. Previously, he was the manager of Global HR, a position he assumed in April 2018.

Prior to that, Dickson was the HROC Manager for Chevron Pipeline and Power from 2015 to March 2018.

Dickson has 11 years of experience with Chevron and he started his career in 2007 as the area HR manager, Caltex East Africa in Downstream in Kenya and has had assignments in Upstream Capability and CALAEP as the IEDP team leader before moving to Gas and Midstream as a HR business partner, supporting a variety of groups.

Dickson earned his Bachelor’s in Education degree from Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenya, in 1993.
