Koon Eng Goh is vice president of Commercial for Chevron Oronite. Previously, he was vice president of Products and Technology, a position he held since January 2020.

Prior to that role, Koon Eng served as general manager for Oronite Asia Pacific Manufacturing and Supply facilities. In addition to warehouse and distribution activities, Koon Eng was responsible for Oronite’s manufacturing plants in Singapore, Japan and India, as well as a plant currently under construction in Ningbo, China.

Koon Eng joined Chevron in 1991 as a planning and services manager based in Singapore, and has since held a variety of positions with increasing responsibilities within Oronite including general manager Regional Supply Chain, Asia Pacific regional sales manager, general manager Manufacturing and Supply Chain (Singapore), general manager Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Belle Chasse, Louisiana), and general manager Scout Program (China Manufacturing Plant).

A native Singaporean, Koon Eng holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1985, and received a master’s degree in Business Administration also from National University of Singapore in 1994.
