Chevron Oronite to Sponsor and Present at the UNITI Congress 2021

SAN RAMON, Calif., October 27, 2021 – Chevron Oronite announced that it will be sponsoring and presenting at the UNITI Mineral Oil Technology Congress to be held November 3-4, 2021 in Stuttgart, Germany. On November 4 at 12:05 pm, Walter Hartgers, formulator, Chevron Oronite based in Rotterdam, will be making a presentation titled, Formulating Challenges to Meet Future Passenger Car Engine Oil Requirements.

 

“In this presentation, I will explain what the key drivers for lower viscosity oils are and what the impacts for engine oil development are,” said Hartgers. “I will include some development information and key features about ACEA and European OEM specifications.” On the same day, at 14:35 pm, Chevron Oronite will be sponsoring a networking event in the ICS foyer.

 

“The UNITI Mineral Oil Technology Congress draws on specialists from the lube and fuel sector, as well as experts in mechanical engineering and the automotive industry, who will discuss recent industry trends and developments in lubricants and fuels. The interaction between representatives of the additives industry and the automobile industry will be particularly valuable.
